Eligibility

Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction;
• Have completed the required tasks via Galxe, TaskOn, or any other campaign platform designated by Toyow;
• Provide a valid Base wallet address for distribution;
• Follow Toyow’s official Twitter accounts: @toyowofficial and @toyowfoundation;
• Join Toyow’s official Telegram group; https://t.me/toyowfoundation

Toyow reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, including identity verification if deemed necessary.

Campaign Rewards

A maximum of 7,500,000 TTN tokens (“Rewards”) were allocated for the Campaign.

The final number of TTN tokens distributed may be reduced or adjusted at Toyow’s sole discretion. Toyow reserves the right to amend or change the total distribution amount at any time without prior notice, including after Campaign completion.

Rewards will be distributed proportionally based on the points, tasks, or actions completed by each participant, subject to Toyow’s verification process.

Minimum Eligibility Threshold

To qualify for any Reward, participants must have completed at least 1 task during the Campaign.

Toyow reserves the right to increase or decrease the minimum eligibility threshold, at its sole discretion, in order to maintain fairness and integrity of the distribution.

Participants below the minimum threshold will not be entitled to any Reward.

Distribution

Eligible users must visit the claim page on 30th November to claim their tokens using their BASE wallet address, provided they meet all other required criteria.

Toyow will not be responsible for lost, inaccessible, or incorrect wallet addresses submitted by participants.

Distribution timelines will be announced on Toyow’s official communication channels.

Disqualification

Toyow reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Engages in fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or task manipulation;
• Breaches these Terms; or
• Acts in bad faith or undermines the fairness of the Campaign.

Toyow’s decisions regarding disqualification are final and binding.

Amendments and Termination

Toyow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Toyow may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Campaign after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Liability & Disclaimer

Participation in the Campaign is at your own risk. Toyow does not guarantee the value, utility, or future price of TTN tokens.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

TTN tokens are not securities, and this Campaign does not represent an offer to sell or solicit investment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
